Payment & Refund

Payments for Studio Steady Vortex services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on steady-vortex.motorcycles.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from hello@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Australia norms.
• Saved replies for payment bookings reference this site so history stays on the right ticket at Studio Steady Vortex.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact hello@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Brisbane unless otherwise stated.

Our calligraphy desk explains payment before tools leave the shelf and we keep Australia holiday closures noted on the door card. Receipts are available on request Desk near 100 Brunswick Street.

Returning visitors can skip the full calligraphy intake when notes are on file with calligraphy tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Ask for the calligraphy lead if the queue splits.
